Synopsis
''ESTEBAN: I'm raffling off the last entry! Who will be the lucky winner? The girl? You? For your wife? Come on both of you! From now on, the carousel is closed.'' It is a show that exposes fragments of a collective memory, inviting immersion in a place of its own time and space. It concentrates the past, the present and the future permanently in a terrain of passage. It operates within the horizons of survival, precariousness, migration and new beginnings.

- ABOUT THE CREATION PROCESS:
- Puppet theater is a very rich sphere for theatrical creation, presenting itself as an increasingly transdisciplinary genre, which works in various artistic areas as vehicles for the reflected image of the world. At national level, it is almost always associated with activities for children, and its philosophical dimension and provocative character are often far from common perception.
The company operates in the combination of traditional and contemporary languages for children and adults.
In both cases, contributing to a comprehensive and contemporary perception of thea-ter by and with puppets. This show is developed in an evolutionary creative path that grows around experimentation, manipulation and listening. Materials emerge from the fusion of all elements, in a process that allows itself to constantly distort and broaden horizons.
Throughout the creation process, the company was expected to establish a more direct relationship between experimentation, artistic creation and the public. It was possible, before the Covid-19 pandemic took place, to hold an "open stage sensorial playground" session with the Ask collective from Aveiro.
Destroying barriers, discovering , sometimes improbable, connections contaminating art, Red Cloud Teatro de Marionetas, opened the doors of its rehearsal space and atelier in the city of Aveiro, to think about the relations between the audience and the stage.
