After finishing the General Visual Arts Course at Escola de Soares dos Reis do Porto with projects in fashion design and photography, he was selected twice for the National Show of Young Creators (fashion area) and created the ModaMarginal concept (display and sale of pieces by young creators in abandoned spaces in the city of Porto). Between 2000 and 2006 he is invited to present collections in fashion shows in the cities of Porto, Lisbon, Peniche, Castro Marim and Faro. Since 2002 he has worked as a costume designer in plays, dance, puppet theatre, opera and musical theatre. Highlighting the collaboration with Teatro de Marionetas do Porto, under the direction of João Paulo Seara Cardoso, where he designed costumes for five productions of the company. He also has a Higher Course in Theater Studies at the Superior School of Music and Performing Arts of Porto.
